You can text us every day between 8 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.

  • There may be a wait before someone can answer you
  • At the start of the text exchange 💬, you will receive up to six automatic (system-generated) messages. The counsellor will mention you when they are with you. Among these automatic messages, you will be asked some questions for our statistics (age, gender, city)
  • We’d like you to be available during the conversation, so please choose the right time so you can text continuously
  • We concentrate on only one situation per exchange 🎯

  • This blue button appears among the contact buttons as soon as someone is available. At that point, you can start chatting!
  • If the button isn’t there, that means all our counsellors are already chatting with someone else. Come back a bit later
  • Before starting a chat, we’ll ask you for some information so we can properly understand the situation, such as your age, gender, city or town, and a short summary of your request.
